1. TO ENTER:  To enter, go to sears.com/tiresweeps and follow the onscreen instructions to sears.com/tiresweeps and enter.  The Hit The Road For The Holidays Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 16, 2009 and ends 11:59 PM EST on December 5, 2009 (“Entry Period”).  Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, all of which are void. Entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above.

3. DRAWING:  On or about December 11, 2009, potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.  The Random Drawing will be conducted by Centra Marketing & Communications, an independent judging organization (“Administrator”) whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.  Potential winners do not need to be present at time of drawing; Administrator will contact Winners by U.S. Mail, email or telephone at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. PRIZES:
   1. One (1) First Prize:  A full set {4 tires each} for six cars. The approximate retail value: $5,000
   2. Twenty-five (25) Runner Up Prizes: Each Runner Up Prize consists of one (1) twenty-five dollar ($25) Sears Automotive Gift Card. The actual retail value of each Runner-Up Prize: $25.
   Total Retail Value of All Prizes: $5,625.  Limit one Prize per household.
   
   
5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable.  Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of first attempted notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential Winners will be contacted via the U.S. Mail and email address provided on the Official Online Entry Form. Potential prize winners will be asked to supply a postal mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and a telephone number within seven (7) days following the date of first attempted notification.  Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winners.  Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited. By accepting Prize, each winner consents to use of his/her name and likeness for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
   
   
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in the Sweepstakes, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize.  Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone.  If for any reason, this program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date.  Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
   
   
7. WINNERS’ LIST:  Names of prize winners will be available at sears.com/tiresweeps after December 14, 2009 and until February 28, 2010 at least 60 days later.
